To preserve its reputation and protect its trademarks, Z-Power diligently guards against any violation of its brands. Z-Power acknowledges the desire of third parties to show affiliation with Z-Power. Without written permission from Z-Power, however, you should not use Z-Power's a trademark/logo or names in a manner that suggests partnership or association with Z-Power. Only parties with written permission from Z-Power are allowed to use Z-Power's trademark following applicable terms.

Z-Power Trademark

Z-Power maintains a broad product portfolio with its trademark/logo, which takes various forms and may include letters, words, logos, designs, images, slogans, colors, product shapes, product packaging, and overall appearance product. Specific activities may constitute infringement or dilution of Z-Power's trademarks and are not permitted. Please review the following ways to avoid unauthorized use of Z-Power’s trademarks:

• Do not use a Z-Power trademark or name in a manner that is likely to confuse the origin of any product, service, material, or another offer.
• Unless you have prior permission in writing from Z-Power, please do not use a Z-Power trademark or name in a manner that is likely to give the impression or otherwise imply an affiliation or association between you, your products or services and Z-Power, or any of its products, services, materials or other offerings.
• Do not use the Z-Power company logo or any other logo in any materials without the written permission of Z-Power.
• Do not use any Z-Power trademark or names as part of a company, product, services, or program name.
• Do not use a Z-Power trademark or name in a manner that is likely to dilute, defame, disparage, or harm the reputation of Z-Power.
• Do not use any trademark, name, or designation confusingly similar to the Z-Power name or any Z-Power trademark.
• Do not copy or imitate any Z-Power trade dress, typestyle, logo, product packaging, look, design, or overall commercial impression of any Z-Power website, blog, or other materials.
• Do not register or use any domain name that incorporates any Z-Power mark or name.
• Do not register or seek to register a Z-Power trademark or name, or any mark or word confusingly similar to a Z-Power mark or title within the same class & product category.

Z-Power Corporate Logo

Unless you have prior written permission from Z-Power, do not use the Z-Power corporate logo to show an affiliation with Z-Power. Qualified third parties can show partnership or association with Z-Power through Z-Power’s official agreements. Kindly refer end of this Policy for all registered Z-Power’s logo and trademarks.

Permissible Use

A stated above, you should not use Z-Power’s marks or names in any way that implies an association or affiliation with Z-Power unless you have prior permission from Z-Power. Z-Power does grant permission to third parties to use its marks and names where appropriate. In addition to complying with the other aspects of this Policy, and provided you have prior written permission from Z-Power, any such permissible use of Z-Power's marks or names also must comply with the following Guidelines and licenses or usage requirements for the benefit of specific mark or logo.

Z-Power acknowledges that Z-Power trademarks, excluding any Z-Power logos, may be necessary to refer to Z-Power's products or services or to describe the subject matter of some materials, products, and programs. All such use must be accurate and descriptive and comply with this Policy and these Guidelines.

• Do not alter, adapt, modify, animate, or morph any Z-Power trademarks. Example of what not to include abbreviating or shortening a trademark (for example, Z-Power to Zp), combining or hyphenating a brand with another prefix or word (for instance Z-Power-UPS), or using a slash mark with any trademark (for example, Z-Power/ABC Co.).
• Do not use the Z-Power name or Z-Power trademarks next to your name or your products and services.
• Do not use the Z-Power name or any Z-Power trademarks as part of a product, services, solutions, or program name if it is not related to Z-Power or is being conducted by a third party (excluding Z-Power and the affiliated or associated party).
• Do not combine any Z-Power name or mark with any other letters, numbers, words, or any design or logo.
• The Z-Power name or Z-Power trademarks must be visually distinguishable from your name or your product service name.
• All reference to Z-Power or use of any Z-Power mark or name must be truthful, accurate, and not misleading.
• Always use the proper spelling for Z-Power’s trademark or names.
• Do not use Z-Power’s marks or names in any way they were not intended to be used. Z-Power's characters should be used for the related product or services for which they were initially intended.
